3. Payment Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect payment data. Debit card information is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not store full card numbers on our servers — only the last four digits and card brand are retained for transaction records. All transactions are Plaid-verified for bank identity and fund confirmation. Our payment processing infrastructure is designed to comply with industry security standards. Plaid verification data is handled through Plaid's secure infrastructure and is subject to Plaid's privacy policy.
4. Blockchain Data
As part of our stablecoin-powered payment pipeline, certain transaction data is recorded on the Polygon blockchain network. Blockchain transactions are publicly visible and immutable by design. This includes transaction hashes, amounts (in USDC), and wallet addresses used for conversion and settlement. No personally identifiable information is stored on the blockchain. We use blockchain technology to provide transaction finality and transparency. For more details on how our payment pipeline works, see .
5. Third-Party Services
We integrate with third-party services to provide our platform. These include: Plaid for bank account and identity verification; the Polygon blockchain network for stablecoin transactions; and authentication providers for account login. Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing its use of your data. We encourage you to review these policies. We share only the minimum data necessary for each integration to function.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal and transaction data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Transaction records are retained for a minimum of seven years as required by financial regulations. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to our legal retention requirements. Blockchain transaction records cannot be deleted due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology.
