By accessing or using the Futurum Systems payment gateway platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including merchants, customers, and visitors.

2. Description of Service

Futurum Systems provides a stablecoin-powered payment gateway that enables merchants to accept debit card payments. The Service processes payments through a pipeline that includes debit card authorization, Plaid identity and fund verification, USDC stablecoin conversion on the Polygon blockchain network, and USD settlement to merchants. Credit card payments are not accepted. The Service includes embeddable checkout widgets, merchant dashboards, and API access for integration with e-commerce platforms. 3. Merchant Accounts

To use the Service as a merchant, you must create an account and provide accurate business information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Merchant accounts are subject to approval and ongoing compliance review. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable regulations.

4. Payment Processing

Futurum Systems processes payments on behalf of merchants. All transactions are subject to verification, including Plaid identity verification for first-time customers. Processing fees vary by subscription plan and are detailed on our page. Settlement times are typically under 15 seconds but may vary based on blockchain network conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by blockchain network congestion or third-party service outages.

5. Subscription Plans

Merchant subscription plans are billed monthly through the Futurum Systems payment gateway. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. 6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: processing fraudulent transactions, money laundering, financing terrorism, selling prohibited goods or services, circumventing identity verification requirements, or using the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our . We collect and process personal and financial data as necessary to provide the Service. Card data is encrypted and handled in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. Plaid verification data is processed in accordance with Plaid's terms of service. Blockchain transaction data is publicly visible on the Polygon network.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Futurum Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Futurum Systems in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.
